HOW TO APPLY

 

Applicants should send two sets of applications (one by email and one by post) with the following documents:
 

  • Completed and signed application form (available here)
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Copy of the University degree(s) and transcript of exams (with translation into English, French or Italian if the originals are in another language)**
  • Copy of your passport (personal information page only)
  • Two letters of reference
  • Copy of English language certificate(s) obtained in the last 3 years (accepted certificates are the Cambridge First Certificate/Advanced/Proficiency, TOEFL or IELTS)
  • Receipt/proof of payment of the application processing fee of 50 Euro
  • Financial Aid Application Form, if applicable (available here)
  • Supporting documents for the financial aid request

 

Please send the online application and all the above mention supporting documents to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by Saturday 31 March 2012, midnight ECT.
In addition, please send a printed copy of the same application and documentation to the E.MA Secretariat in Venice by Saturday 31 March 2012 (date of the post stamp on the application package).  

Only applications received within the deadline in both formats (by email and by post) will be considered.

The final list of admitted students will be decided by the E.MA Executive Committee. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted in May 2012.

**    If selected, please note  that you must provide the E.MA Secretariat with a certified copy of your university degree and transcript of exams. Applicants completing the degree entry requirements subsequently to the application deadline are requested to provide a current transcript of exams. Admittance into the programme is conditional upon documentation of completion of all exams prior to the beginning of the new academic year (31 August 2012). Your registration is incomplete until the E.MA Secretariat has received your full transcripts.
